Notification Settings
All system notifications are enabled by default and will be sent to: trulsliang@gmail.com. This includes notifications for flow completions, errors/warnings, and other system events.

Backend storage and actual email sending for these preferences are not yet implemented. Currently, this section is for informational purposes.

API Access & Security
Management of API keys for programmatic access to FinanceFlow.

Currently, API access configuration and key management (e.g., for client ERP integrations or for external systems to access FinanceFlow) are handled by system administrators. This ensures that keys are provisioned securely and with appropriate permissions.

If self-service API key management were to be introduced in the future, it would adhere to security best practices:

  • Secure, high-entropy key generation.
  • Keys shown once upon creation and hashed for server-side storage.
  • Transmission exclusively over HTTPS.
  • Mechanisms for key revocation and rotation.
  • Principle of least privilege for key permissions.
